Transcript Requests

  • Class of 2025 – Final Transcript Request – ( Completed in May)

ALL SCHOOLS IN GEORGIA, REQUEST YOUR TRANSCRIPT THROUGH GA FUTURES ONLY (College Planning > High School Transcript)
FOR ALL PRIVATE OR OUT OF STATE COLLEGES, PLEASE SEE BELOW AND COMPLETE THE REQUEST

After August 30th you will have to make your request through your GA Futures account or through MCSD Records Management.

  • Records Requests for Withdrawn/Transferring Students

If transferring to a different school, you can have the new school request your records by faxing or emailing the request on their school letterhead to the counseling secretary/registrar.

  • Current Carver Students

Request transcripts for GA colleges on Georgia Futures under the GA Futures College Planning tab.  These will be released electronically automatically.
To request a transcript for colleges out of state or not listed in GA Futures, Students must report to the Counseling Office to request a transcript. Student must have the name of the School/University or Organization as well as the address to which the transcript will be sent.  See Ms. Thomas or Mr. Hayes to request a transcript. 

  • Former Students/Graduates and Education Verification

Requests for transcripts for former students and graduates and education verification for employment are processed by the Records Management office.   Please click on the link below to access the MCSD Records Management webpage.
