How PBIS Works?
Shaw High School is a PBIS School. PBIS is a tiered system of support that
improves the daily lifestyle of all by reducing the effectiveness of challenging
behavior and making desired behavior more functional. Students are rewarded for
desired behaviors using our Minga System. Minga allows students to earn points
for doing the right things. The points are used to attend quarterly events or to
participate in Pop-Up stores.
