Welcome to DEMA, where creativity and innovation happen! It is an honor to serve as Assistant Principal and to partner with our students, families, and staff in creating a learning environment where every child can thrive. I am committed to fostering a culture of high expectations, meaningful relationships, and academic excellence. Our 2025-26 theme is Building a Winning Culture from Vision to Action.

Daily, I strive to support teachers in delivering rigorous and engaging instruction, encourage students to embrace their potential, and ensure that our school remains a safe, inclusive, and vibrant place to learn. Together, we provide engineering experiences using an inquiry-based curriculum that embraces student creativity and teaches critical thinking and reasoning skills.

Thank you for entrusting your child’s education to us. I look forward to a successful year filled with growth, achievement, and endless opportunities.
