How to Apply
Applying to Downtown Elementary Magnet Academy is easy!
Families will need to visit the MCSD online registration page to complete district registration, then visit the Magnet Application page to apply specifically for our school. We look forward to hearing from you!
The online registration process will walk you through a series of steps to enter or confirm information about your student, parents or guardians, and emergency contacts. You will also have the opportunity to upload necessary documents, such as proof of residency. The online registration system is available in English and Spanish.
Applications for 2027-28 Magnet Applications open Monday, November 16, 2026 at 8:00 AM and close Friday, February 5, 2027 at 11:59 PM.
Muscogee County is now accepting Pre-K applications for the 2026 – 2027 school year.
