School Improvement Goals
By May 2027, 100% of teachers will consistently implement standards-based Tier I instruction aligned to district expectations, as evidenced by classroom walkthrough data, lesson plan reviews, and instructional feedback cycles, with at least 90% of classrooms demonstrating proficiency on the school’s instructional look-for tool.
By May 2027, all grade-level PLCs will implement a results-driven PLC cycle with fidelity, including collaborative planning, common formative assessment development, data analysis, and instructional adjustments, as evidenced by PLC agendas, meeting artifacts, and administrative monitoring, with 100% of PLCs meeting biweekly expectations.
By May 2027, the school will implement a data-driven MTSS framework with fidelity, ensuring that 100% of identified students receive appropriate interventions, progress monitoring, and documented support plans, as evidenced by MTSS meeting minutes, intervention logs, and student progress data reviewed at least monthly.
