Georgia Department of Education Family Survey
Georgia Department of Education Family Survey
Your voice matters! The Georgia Department of Education Family Survey is an important opportunity for parents and guardians to share feedback about their child’s school experience. Your input helps our school and the state better understand what is working well and where we can continue to grow.
We encourage every family to take just a few minutes to complete the survey. Your participation helps strengthen the partnership between home and school and supports the success of all students.
Please click the button below to participate. Thank you for being an important part of our school community! 📚✨

Read Across America Week
We’re excited to celebrate Read Across America Week by honoring your child’s right to choose what they read!
When kids pick their own books, reading becomes joyful, empowering, and personal. Whether it’s graphic novels, sports stories, mysteries, or a favorite reread — it all counts!
We’re celebrating with an online Scholastic Book Fair that you can shop from the comfort of your own home. This year’s fair is online only (no in-person shopping). Starting Monday, your family can browse the full catalog together. All orders ship directly to your home, and orders of $35 or more receive free shipping. Happy shopping!
Want free baseball game tickets? ⚾ Our Fuzzy’s All-Star Reading Challenge is the perfect motivation! Students who read four books outside of school hours can have a parent submit the online form to earn two free tickets to one of three Columbus Clingstones games this spring. I can’t wait to see our Mathews students at the stadium!
Please click the pictures below to access the links and participate in both activities.
This week is all about choice, confidence, and growing a lifelong love of reading. Thank you for encouraging reading joy at home! ✨📖
