FAB is a club that is open to all faculty, staff and students of Kendrick High School and it promotes increased fitness, body positivity and camaraderie.
FAB is a free after school fitness club that conducts circuit\/ bootcamp style training based on individual abilities. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome and all movements are scalable.
