2020 WINTER FINE ARTS EXTRAVAGANZA
The annual Winter Fine Arts Extravaganza was done a bit differently this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, being that FSLMA is the BEST Middle School in the World, virtually AND in person, our Fine Arts Department found a way for our students to showcase their talents using a different format. Instead of performing in person on stage, a video compilation was created by director, Crystal Simonton. The Theatre Arts, Show Choir, Band and Art students of FSLMA combined their talents for an unforgettable virtual holiday show that was aired in person and online on December 18, 2020. 2019 Winter Fine Arts Extravaganza
The Fine Arts Department put on a fabulous live holiday show for friends and family in 2019. Students from the Theatre Arts Department (led by Ms. Crystal Simonton), Orchestra and Band (led by Mr. Jeremy Webster), Show Choir (led by Miss Richardson) and the Art Department (led by Mr. Xavier Leon) showcased a wide array of talent for the audience this winter season. Santa and his elves hosted the performance, introduced each musical segment and told festive jokes to the crowd. Holiday music and artwork was enjoyed by all who attended.
