Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon

The greatest

pleasure in life

is doing what

people say

you can’t do.

On Friday, October 25, 2019, FSLMA held the Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Program, sponsored by Title I.  Clad in breast cancer pink, moms, grandmothers, aunts, principals, coaches, mentors, pastors and many other wonderful people from our community gathered with students, chorus members, faculty and staff of Fort Service Learning Magnet Academy to show their commitment to the educational lives of our children and in the education of our future. The entertainment was provided by the Chorus Director Lyndsay Richardson and the talented FSLMA Chorus.  The keynote speaker was Ms. Terri Myers, principal of Rothschild Middle School and mother to our own Ms. Yazmine Myers.  Mrs. Chaunte’ Lyde-Pace, the Title I Parent Coordinator and the rest of FSLMA would like to express thanks to our parents, family and friends for all of their love and support.  Special thanks goes to our sixth grade student participation.
